Reporting a wrong price
Prices are read automatically every 6 hours, so a listing can be briefly stale if a brand changed a price between refreshes. If a price looks wrong, the most useful report includes the listing URL and what the brand's page showed instead. That is enough for us to trace the exact scrape that produced the number.
If you are a brand
Every listing links to your own page and shows the price we read there at a stated timestamp. If you would like a listing corrected or removed, say which URL and why, and it will be handled. Removal or correction is free and does not require anything in return.
Response time
This is a small independently run site, not a staffed support desk. Expect a reply within a few business days. Reports of a demonstrably wrong price are looked at first.
